Super comfy beds!
Had a really nice stay! The lady at the front desk was crazy nice and super helpful, which made my late check-in way better. My room was clean and comfy. They had a cute picnic area outside to chill. The only thing was that it felt a bit pricey during game weekend.

Friendly staff made check-in a breeze, and the king room was impressively clean and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including delicious eggs and fresh fruit. Location was convenient and quiet, but the shower had a low height that might be uncomfortable for taller guests.

We had a cozy stay with comfy beds and really enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. The outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. One tiny issue was that the curtains didn't provide full privacy, but overall, we loved our time here! 😊

Location was fab—close to all the fun without the chaos! Clean, comfy room and loved the outdoor seating. Breakfast had a delightful cappuccino machine. I'll be back for sure!
Parking was a bit of a fishing competition—did I check in at a motel or a marina?

Great outdoor seating area.
The parking lot lights were incredibly disruptive at night. I couldn't get a good night's sleep because of them. It's frustrating that something so simple hasn't been addressed.

Unexpected breakfast delight
Woke up to the aroma of a hearty breakfast spread. The friendly staff made each morning feel special, ensuring we had everything we needed to start our day.
However, the parking lot lights shone through the curtains at night, making it a bit challenging to sleep soundly. A simple fix would elevate the experience even more.

great stay, but could use more dining options
The room was impressive—a modern space that felt like a high-end hotel. I appreciated the cleanliness and the friendly staff, who made my stay enjoyable. The location near the interstate was a major plus, making it easy to get around town. Breakfast was simple, yet tasty, with a good variety.
I wish there were more dining options available on-site.

This was just an ideal choice for getting around the area in Kodak with excellent value for money. The bed was great and the room was updated and very clean. If you're sensitive to noise, request a room on the backside of the building.

The location was perfect for hitting nearby outlet shopping and winery tours. The outdoor seating area was a great chill spot, and breakfast hit the spot with options like cappuccino. Our room was super clean and comfy. Plus, it's close to fun spots like Smokies Stadium!
Only downside was the parking lot lights. They could use curtains to block them out at night, which disrupted our sleep a bit.

Enjoyed the stay overall, especially the super friendly staff. My room was clean and cozy, which made settling in easy. The breakfast options were impressive. I tried the sausage and eggs, both delicious. I appreciated the outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. My only issue was the bathtub. it drained slowly. Also, sometimes, I couldn't reach the front desk on the phone. That was a bit frustrating. Overall, nothing too serious, but those things could definitely use some attention.
